Call Center Agent – Turkish Language (Mixed shifts)
BetConstruct is seeking an active and communicative Call Center Agent with profound knowledge of Turkish and any other second foreign language to join our Customer Service team.
This is a full time position with mixed working schedule.
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Translate database information about registered bets
