Customer Retention Specialist

 

Job description

 

BetConstruct is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist who will be responsible for building proactive relationship with customers


 

Job responsibilities

 

- Manage all customer retention activities
- Create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies to keep clients
- Work closely with various departments to develop objectives
- Distribute surveys and questionnaires; make statistics
- Create new or develop existing retention campaigns and programs
- Evaluate program results and optimize as needed
- Make calls, send SMS, internal messages and emails to the given target audience
 

 

Required qualifications
 
- Profound knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft excel
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to be patient and understanding
