Digital Marketing Specialist

 
Job description

 

BetConstruct is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead its ongoing traffic generation activities from Search Engines. The candidate should also seek to achieve organic ranking success as well as managing paid ad placement on the chosen search engines.

 

 

Job responsibilities

 

- Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Continually perform SEO architectural analysis and make recommendations to be added to the development backlog
- Organize quality content initiatives to improve the overall relevance of the betconstruct.com domain to the targeted keywords
- Engage in appropriate activities to encourage high quality inbound linking
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Enable adwords so that BetConstruct can bid on appropriate keywords across all chosen countries
- Manage the social media marketing strategy for BetConstruct; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare
- Execute all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc)
- Create social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target potential clients to our website and generate leads
- Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across the major search channels
- Set up and monitor the performance of ad groups and other management mechanisms for paid search
- Modify search campaigns based upon campaign results
- Ensure that paid landing pages are performed satisfactorily and engage in A/B tests
- Report performance of Search related activities and report against KPIs

 

 

Required qualifications

 

- Master’s Degree preferably in Marketing
- 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization either in-house or in an agency environment
- Demonstrable success in running other online search campaigns
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments (Knowledge on Joomla is a must)
- Strong theoretical knowledge about SEO and SEM
- Strong spoken and written skills in English
