Head of Bookmaking Department

For International Offices
 
Job Responsibilities

 

· Develop business plans of the Bookmaking department in cooperation with top management
· Meet goals and metrics, control deadlines
· Develop services and products provided by the department
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
· Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
· Bring out the best of staff by providing constructive feedback, coaching, development and motivation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and other internal and external stakeholders
· Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
. Track the progress of the department weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, create reports for the management
 
Job Requirements

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· At least 5 years of management experience
· Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and statistics
· Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
. Excellent knowledge of English language
· Computer literacy
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Ability to quickly navigate in complex situations
