Head of Risk Management Department

For International Offices
 
Job Responsibilities
 
· Develop business plans of the department in cooperation with the top management
· Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
· Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
. Conduct regular audits to ensure the risk management department is functional
· Track the progress of the department weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, create reports for the management
· Revise and/or formulate regulation/policies and control their implementation
· Meet goals and metrics, control deadlines
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
· Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
· Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
· Bring out the best of staff by providing constructive feedback, coaching, development and motivation
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and other internal and external stakeholders
 
 
Job Requirements
 
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· At least 3 years of management experience preferably in risk management
· Excellent understanding of bookmaking process and gambling industry
· Excellent understanding of risk prevention and risk evaluation processes
· Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
· Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
. Excellent knowledge of English 
· Computer literacy
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Ability to quickly navigate in complex situations
· Strategic and critical thinking
· Emotional Intelligence
