Job description

 

BetConstruct is looking for active enthusiasts to join our Help Desk Support department (mixed shifts). The successful candidates will provide customer support to the business partners of the company and keep the Incident lifecycle complying with Incident Management Process requirements.

 

 

Job responsibilities

 

- Keeping the Incident lifecycle complying with Incident Management Process requirements․
- Work organization and prioritization on daily basis․
- Escalation of the incident to relevant departments․
- Communicate with partners․
- Analyzing and monitoring of registered incidents on daily basis․
 

 

Required qualifications
 
- Experience in the field is a plus․
- MS Office literacy․
- Spoken and written fluency in Turkish and English languages․
- Strong self-organizational skills․
- Communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team․
- Incident Management process knowledge․
