BetConstruct is looking for active enthusiasts to join our Help Desk Support department (mixed shifts). The successful candidates will provide customer support to the business partners of the company and keep the Incident lifecycle complying with Incident Management Process requirements.
- Keeping the Incident lifecycle complying with Incident Management Process requirements․
- Work organization and prioritization on daily basis․
- Escalation of the incident to relevant departments․
- Communicate with partners․
- Analyzing and monitoring of registered incidents on daily basis․
