BetConstruct is looking for an enthusiastic professional who enjoys working with new people on a daily basis. You can join BetConstruct HR & Recruitment Team as an HR Assistant and we’ll provide you with a unique professional growth opportunity.

 

 

Job responsibilities

 

- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
- Assist the recruiters during recruitment process and update recruitment database
- Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting on boarding process
- Be actively involved in hiring and orientation process of new employees
- Process and fulfill legal requirements concerning hiring
- Organize and follow up the process of tasks opening in corporate software
 

 

Required qualifications
 
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- Experience in HR is a plus
- Ability to foster and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication and work effectively with all   levels of employees, including executive management
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
