HR Assistant


Job description



We are looking for an enthusiastic, active and responsible person to join our team.



Job responsibilities



- Assisting the recruiters during the recruitment process and updating recruitment database
- Creating and posting technical job descriptions on job boards, ads, career portals, etc.
- Participating in the sourcing process via LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, Upwork, Facebook, etc.
- Organizing the interviewing process
- Participating and implementing employer branding activities
- Participating in job fairs and career events
- Other HR functions


Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or other related fields
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- Experience in HR is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
