We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. 

 

 

Job responsibilities

 

 

- Organizing and structuring the recruitment process, identifying recruitment needs
- Coordinating the hiring process with team leads
- Creating and posting technical job descriptions on job boards, ads, career portals, etc.
- Sourcing via LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, Upwork, Facebook, etc.
- Recruiting and headhunting of software engineers, technical leads, product managers and senior-level positions
- Keeping in touch with passive candidates by crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails
- Organizing the interviewing process with candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Organizing exit interviews, maintaining the database for exits, reporting and creating an action plan for retention based on data
- Developing the recruitment policies, strategies & processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner
- Planning and implementing employer-branding activities
- Participating in job fairs and career events
- Other HR functions
 

 

 

Required qualifications
 
 
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Understanding of HR/Recruitment metrics
- Understanding of software development languages and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with excellent follow-through skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
- Fluent in English and Russian languages
