We are looking for a well-organised and communicative young people to join our big team as an Operations Manager to manage multiple products requirements based on region.

 

 

 
Job responsibilities

 

 

- Review operational expenses, budget estimates, betting accounts or collection reports for accuracy
- Monitor operational quality or safety
- Report customer-related incidents occurring in gaming areas to supervisors
- Communicate with management and other specialists to resolve ongoing problems
- Analyze information and evaluate results, solve problems, make decisions
- Enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic/magnetic form
 

 

 

Required qualifications
 
 
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good team player
- Ability to operate, coordinate and execute operations  within project’s scope
- Proven managerial skills and experiences
- Technical background would be considered as an advantage
- Available to travel as needed within the project’s framework
