Personnel Administration Specialist

Job description

BetConstruct is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic professional, who enjoys working with new people on a daily basis, to join our company as a Personnel Administration Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide application information to new employees and help with form completion, verify submission of all necessary documentation
  • Maintain HR databases by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications
  • Track vacation, sick and other leaves
  • Provide orientation information packets to newly hired employees, review company's policies; gather withholding and other payroll information
  • Participate in preparation of employment agreements
  • Complete forms, reports, logs and records
  • Follow-up the process of payroll for the employees following biweekly pay schedules
  • Make all necessary entries in the database and ArmSoft accurately
  • Audit timecard records
  • Print and distribute paychecks and pay stubs

Job Requirements


  • BA degree in Social Science or any related filed
  • Knowledge of Arm Soft is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of skill-set in using Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
