Project Manager


Job description



We are looking for a Project Manager to join our professional team.




Job responsibilities



- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with clients
- Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period




Required qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in project management in the IT sector (preferable with international clients)
- Excellent understanding of Agile mindset
- Solid understanding of Agile methods
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or practical experience in wide-variety software development and web technologies
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to immediately react to the changes in the business environment
- Ability to lead prioritization discussions and facilitate agreement
- Have a “can-do” attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
