QA Team Lead

Job Description:

 

 - Responsible for the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the quality assurance process being followed by the team
 - Coach team on new tendencies in quality assurance
 - Facilitate close cooperation across all roles and functions
 - Ensure full functionality and productivity of the team
- Keep team focused within the context of the project vision and goals
- Responsible for removal of team-based impediments and for the escalation of organization wide impediments
- Follow up the process of task distribution within the team
- Maintain open honest communication between everyone involved with the project
- Coach others in the use and application of agile practices
- Prompt the team to discuss and think through issues when they’re identified
- Facilitate decision making
- Assess team members based on teamwork

 

Job Requirements

 

 
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Great understanding of Agile and software development methodologies
- Ability to work well under pressure in a task/module oriented project team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience of developing and instilling a culture of broad product ownership
- Good management, communication and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Excellent understanding of manual and automated QA systems
- Experience in using quality assurance software
- At least 4 years of work experience in software engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Assess team members based on teamwork
